Platforms are spacious enough to accommodate great numbers of passengers. Walk along the platform and avoid crowding certain parts of the platforms only. Trains extend throughout the platform length enabling, thus, easier and faster embarkation.
My ticket was not validated even though I inserted it in the Ticket Validators. What should I do ?
-
Tickets are often not properly validated due to misuse or momentary malfunction of the Ticket Validators. For this reason, always check whether your ticket was properly validated or not (a validation signal is displayed on the Ticket Validators). If your ticket was not properly validated, inform the Station Master immediately.
Can I disembark from the train to meet a friend at the Station ?
-
The area past the Ticket Validators is a paid area, where you may be asked to present a lawfully validated ticket, or a valid monthly card.
